A word to GPs
A successful OOH service in a rural area, like ours, needs as many local GPs as possible. We believe local doctors bring invaluable knowledge and experience of the area and the people who live there. We think this local element can enhance the level of understanding between doctor and patient and impact positively on patient care.
We offer outstanding terms and conditions to all our staff including those GPs who choose to work for us. We seek to retain the strong team ethos, on which the Coop thrived, and to make it work in the new, commercial OOH environment.
