N.B. The OOH service is not run as a ‘walk in service’ and you should access the service by telephoning on 0300 111 5717. Not all primary care centres (PCCs) are open at all times so please do not attend PCCs without a pre-arranged booking.
Doctor cars:
During OoH periods there will always be a car service based at Chippenham, Savernake and Trowbridge hospitals.
These are used in exceptional cases (and only after triage) to make home visits to patients who are unable to attend any of the PCCs.
